Kevin Boerschinger is an IT professional with over 15 years of both technical and managerial experience. His current role as the Help Desk Manager at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay draws on his corporate information technology and hospitality management experience to build dynamic, customer service-focused technical support teams. Serving a diverse population of students, faculty and staff, Kevin mentors and trains his student technicians, a new generation of IT support professionals, in the methodology of IT service management and technical support fundamentals. He is also a member of the HDI Desktop Support Advisory Board.
