Chuck’s nearly 30 years of IT experience ranges from software developer to Global Service Desk Manager. Currently he is a Sr. Solutions Consultant for Service-now.com. He is also the author of three books, hosts several podcasts, President of the Titletown HDI chapter in Appleton Wisconsin, and founded/hosts the Fox Cities Managers social group.
